Abstract#
Bedrock ($ROCK) is a pump.fun coin whose creator fees don't go to a creator. 100% of them go to a treasury: a Solana program that holds SOL and has no withdraw function. Anyone holding $ROCK can burn it at any time to take their share of the treasury, less a 2% exit fee, of which 1% stays in the treasury.
So every $ROCK carries a claim on a growing pile of SOL: the floor. Trades raise it, exits raise it a little, and nothing lowers it. The market price can be anywhere above it; if it ever falls below, buying and burning pays more than it costs, which pulls the price back up.
The problem#
On pump.fun, a coin's creator fee goes to its creator. Holders get nothing from the trading they create, and nothing stops the price going to zero, however much the coin has traded. Pump.fun now offers holder rewards coins that pay the fee out to holders as it comes in, but a payout leaves nothing behind the coin itself.
On Robinhood Chain, United Founders Group showed the other way: creator fees kept in a treasury that holders redeem by burning. It held around $200,000 through a market where most of the chain's projects fell 80% or more (DefiLlama, 19 October 2026). Nobody had built it for pump.fun.
How it works#
1. Fees go in
Pump.fun charges a creator fee on every $ROCK trade, on the bonding curve and after graduation on PumpSwap. Through pump.fun's fee sharing, the only recipient is Bedrock's treasury, at 100%. Setting the final recipient list revokes the admin key on pump.fun's side, so the split can never be changed, by us or anyone.
Pump.fun holds the fees until someone asks it to pay them out. Asking is permissionless and costs only the network fee: a keeper does it on a schedule, and anyone can do it from the site.
2. The floor
The floor is the treasury's SOL (less the small rent Solana requires every account to keep) divided by the total supply of $ROCK. Total supply includes coins still in the bonding curve or the pool, so the floor never counts on coins nobody holds.
3. Redeeming
- You choose how many $ROCK to burn.
- The program works out their share: treasury x burned / supply, rounded down.
- It burns the coins from your wallet; you sign for this, and nothing moves without your signature.
- It pays you 98% of that share. 1% goes to the ops wallet and 1% stays in the treasury.
Paying out exactly the share leaves the floor where it was for everyone else; the 1% that stays raises it. If the treasury changes between your quote and your transaction so that you would get less than 99.5% of the quote, the transaction fails and nothing burns.
4. Why the price shouldn't sit below the floor
If $ROCK trades below the floor, anyone can buy it and redeem it for more SOL than they paid. That buying lifts the price. Above the floor, selling on the market pays more than redeeming, so redeeming is for when the market is below it.
Money flows#
| What comes in | Share | Where it goes | When | How to check |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $ROCK creator fees from pump.fun | 100% | The treasury | Whenever anyone triggers pump.fun's payout | Pump.fun's fee-sharing account lists one recipient, the treasury, with the admin revoked |
| Exit fee on each redeem | 1% of the redeemed share | Stays in the treasury | In the same transaction | The Redeemed event on chain records it |
| Exit fee on each redeem | 1% of the redeemed share | The ops wallet: servers, the keeper's network fees, running Bedrock | In the same transaction | The ops wallet is public |
| Redeemed share | 98% | The person who burned the coins | In the same transaction | Their wallet's transaction history |
Pump.fun sets the creator fee rate, not us; it can change it. The split is what's locked.
Bedrock charges nothing else: no buy or sell tax, no subscription, no team allocation from the treasury.
Token#
$ROCK hasn't launched. It will launch on pump.fun, and its mint, treasury and ops wallet will be published on this page and on @bedrocksol the same day. Until then, any coin calling itself $ROCK isn't ours.
| What | Value |
|---|---|
| Ticker | $ROCK |
| Network | Solana mainnet |
| Mint address | Published here at launch |
| Launch | On pump.fun, where anyone can buy from its first trade |
| Supply | 1,000,000,000 at launch (6 decimals), fixed: pump.fun coins can't be minted or frozen. Every redeem lowers it for good |
| Creator fees | 100% to the treasury, locked |
| What holders get | A claim on the treasury: burn any amount, any time, for its share less 2%. Nothing else is promised |

- The fee lock. Pump.fun's fee-sharing account for the coin (seeds
sharing-configand the mint, under the fees program) lists the shareholders and whether the admin is revoked. The site reads it and shows the result. - The treasury. Its balance is public; its address is derived from the mint and the ops wallet under the Bedrock program.
- Every redeem emits a Redeemed event with the coins burned, the payout, the fee kept, the fee to ops, and the treasury and supply after.
- The program has two instructions,
initializeandredeem. Its source will be published at launch with a verified build, so anyone can match it to what is deployed.
Risks and limits#
- You can lose money. The floor is a minimum only in SOL per coin; if you buy above it, the price can fall to it, and the floor is small while the treasury is young.
- The treasury grows only with trading. No trades, no fees. The floor never falls, but it can stop rising.
- Smart contract risk. A bug in the program could lose the treasury. It is small and tested, but it has not been audited by an outside firm.
- Upgrades. Until its upgrade authority is revoked, the program can be changed by that key. We plan to revoke it before launch, after which nobody can change the program, including to fix a bug. The site shows its status.
- Pump.fun dependency. Fees reach the treasury through pump.fun's fee programs. Pump.fun can change its fee rates or programs.
- Volatility. Meme coins swing hard. The floor doesn't stop the price falling to it.
- Legal status. Rules for coins differ by country and change. Check yours.
Roadmap#
Built
- The Bedrock program: treasury, redeem, fees as constants, no admin
- The site: live treasury and floor, redeeming from your wallet, moving fees in, the on-chain fee-lock check
Planned
- Launch $ROCK on pump.fun, lock the fee split to the treasury, and publish every address here
- Publish the program's source with a verified build
- Revoke the program's upgrade authority
- An outside audit once the treasury is worth it
- A chart of the floor over time
Disclaimer#
Nothing here is financial advice or a promise of returns. The floor is a share of what the treasury holds, not a guaranteed price. $ROCK is a meme coin; it can lose most of its value, down to the floor.
